Payment terms are 50% down and 50% prior to shipping or all up front.  You have the option to pay the invoice in three ways: (1) Pay online using your credit card. This method  includes a 3% processing fee. To avoid this one-time fee, you have two options: (2) Mail a check or (3)  Pay online via ACH. You will need to inform us if you plan to use ACH so we can remove the automatic  processing fee. 

All orders are shipped via freight and require some assembly.

All orders require a delivery appointment. The freight  company will contact the designated POC (Point of Contact) to schedule a date and time to deliver the order  to ensure someone is there to receive it. The freight company will use a lift gate service to take the pallet off  the truck and deliver it to your location. Any damage to the package must be reported to the driver upon  arrival. The delivery DOES NOT include inside services. Any additional services requested at the time of  delivery will be billed to the customer.  

All orders should be inspected at the time of delivery.  Any damage MUST BE REPORTED TO THE DRIVER at the time of delivery. Please let us know as soon as  possible if you see damage.  

All orders require assembly. In order to fit through your doors  and ensure a safe delivery, our products are shipped via freight. Every order will receive a set of instructions  with the shipping email. We will have an assembly video available soon. Stay tuned for more information. 

We do not offer on-site installations. If you are within 30 miles of 75407,  we may be able to offer installations for an additional fee and subject to availability.

All wall panels and the door panel are  interchangeable, so you can place them in any position during assembly. They can be rearranged at any time  by removing the Outside Vertical Corners.

 If you purchase clear panels, you can have up to 4 (2  per side). To ensure the integrity of your TDC, we do not recommend adding clear panels to the back wall.  The door takes up two regular size panels. If the door is placed on one of the sides, no clear panels can be  placed on the same side. 

The frame is heavy duty and has 11 low-profile, heavy-duty casters; 9 with  locks/2 without. It is very sturdy. We have not had any issues with extra-active drummers.  

All 11 casters are low-profile, heavy-duty. 

We had a live drum test performed. This was  tested inside the cage and 8 feet outside the cage. We got a 24/25 db reduction with this test. We had a little  better results with the pink and white noise tests, but we prefer the live scenario.

The pyramid foam  cleans up the sound and is for sound absorption; not necessarily blocking sound. People order with and  without. It can always be added in later; if needed. 

Yes, it isn’t on the price sheet but we do offer the ceiling  lid for $275.00. 

The front piece is one solid polycarbonate shield.

The polycarbonate shield is 3/16”.

We recommend Brillianize to clean it. We  hope to be able to offer cleaning kits in the future but until then, you can order directly from them. Below is  the link.
